i feel so ugly and have been finding it incredibly hard to be in public or be around people with this weighr gain. it feels like a humiliation ritual, going outside with how much weight ive gained. im so exhausted
also ive gained like 3-4kgs in recovery so far and if i think abt it at all i feel like throwing up. been eating a lot less lately, i miss restricting heavily and i need to lose all this weight again even though itd jeapordise my spot on the waitlist. just so tired.
it feels, how it looks. I looked so nice at 52kgs and I miss it. I want to go back. I want to restrict harder again and exercise frequently and lose weight again.
recovery doesnt feel worth it. I just want to stop. I just want this to be over. im so scared of what my weight is
