@Hedera is dead. I don't see it making it with the current people running it.

I'm predicting it now: the top Hedera projects eventually migrate to $XRP, $ALGO, another cheap/fast alt, or the next @The_Hashgraph fork.

Either way, I think $HBAR on @Hedera eventually dies.

The community they've built is a huge part of the problem. Eventually, projects they collaborate with will realize how disconnected the ecosystem is from real on-chain activity and move elsewhere.

This is probably the last cycle to make serious money on $HBAR.

I'd put the odds of memes coming here at ~5%, and meaningful organic volume at ~20%.

It's sad to say, but I think Hedera and the people running it have failed.

Once they actually start going cross-chain, I don't think they'll be coming back. And the projects that leave will have even less incentive to return once they experience networks with significantly more liquidity and volume.

Right now it's all kumbaya because everyone benefits from playing along.

But once people start being authentic about what they actually want from a network, I think this ecosystem falls apart like it has before.

And the funniest part?

The strongest projects don't need to die with Hedera.

Its as simple as connecting your hbar wallet and your other alt coin wallet to the same platform, snapshotting, and redistribute on another chain with deeper liquidity and higher volume.

They can keep their HBAR NFTs as collectibles.

They just don't have to keep their businesses on HBAR.

Vor zwei Jahren wurde in Thüringen der Alterspräsident in unwürdigster Weise von den Blockparteien und der Truppe um Katja Wolf niedergebrüllt und @WMuhsal um das Amt der Landtagspräsidentin gebracht. Für mich der Tiefpunkt der Demokratie. Diesmal läuft es wohl besser.

Das ist groß und erfreulich: Der Landesvorsitzende @JohnLucasD erklärt, BSW werde einen AfD-Landtagspräsidenten wählen. Neben ihm sitzen @DrClaudiaWittig und der neue Fraktionsvorsitzende @ThomasSchultzt.

Hintergrund: Einige haben kritisiert, dass ich letzte Woche auf Einladung von @SWagenknecht beim BSW-Festival für die Meinungsfreiheit auftrat. Aber ich bin nun einmal kein Parteigänger. Für mich stehen neben inhaltlichen Fragen vor allem Demokratie und Anstand im Vordergrund. Beides bieten derzeit nur AfD und BSW.

Es gibt erhebliches Misstrauen gegenüber den BSW-Vertretern in Sachsen-Anhalt. Mit einigen von ihnen und natürlich mit Frau Dr. Wagenknecht habe ich in Magdeburg persönlich gesprochen und teile dies nicht.

BSW Thüringen hat natürlich allen Anlass gegeben, misstrauisch zu sein, aber die Verräter um Katja Wolf sind ja nun ausgetreten. Bleiben wir also verhalten optimistisch, dass sich in Sachsen-Anhalt der Wählerwille durchsetzt. Ich freue mich schon auf einen Corona-UA!
