@MartinSLewis The Lloyds Service Status webpage makes absolutely no reference to the issue stating 'no work planned' so we have to use Twitter to find out whats happening ... I would pop into a branch but .....
@LloydsBank could you kindly explain why customers have to get answers via twitter when your own Lloyds Bank Service Status webpage is showing 'on-line banking' no work planned .. I would go to a branch but they are all closed.
@TheMurkyDepths and whilst it is only a relatively small amount my FoI has revealed that the manufacture, install and remove all the incorrect LTL road signs in E Greenwich when the sheme was being introduced cost ยฃ61,173.25 - a complete waste when the message is that budgets are under pressure
@Fastned It is a shame that your older locations are no where near as clean and tidy. Again the one in Woolwich Road SE London was a disgrace with litter strewn everywhere and unemptied bins overflowing. Ironic given the B Corp boasts
@LloydsBank@powersaver_elec Lloyds it should you telling us not thanking us for telling you that your system is down ... where can look for service status updates that should be keeping us updated on progress
@LloydsBank@ynanavati123 This is just a copy and paste reply ... not good ... where can we go for a service status report so we know what is going on and a timeline for fix
@Royal_Greenwich Thank you for the update. I have spent over three hours on-line and on the phone trying to get visitors parking permits only to be eventually told the system is down. Perhaps you could post service status messages on X
