@AirCanada has been the worst flight experience of my life today. We have spent 5+ hours on the phone trying to get our flight figured out after a delay on our first flight is going to make us miss our connection. Now they’re trying to charge us $6000 to get a new flight. Unreal

@AirCanada . I am a long time flyer but this wknd u fucked up huge. Flight to YSJ Friday night delayed 2 hours. We were on the plane had to get off and take a diff plane. Today to YUL delayed. Then YUL to YOW delayed not 2 hours delay to YYZ. WTF!!! Going to rethink travel with u

Is it just me or has @AirCanada been completely fucked for 6 months?

In the winter I was stranded in airports for 3 days straight for no good reason.

In the summer my flights are getting continually cancelled and then I’m getting rebooked for flights the next day requiring me to book a hotel, when there are earlier flights they could be putting me on.

I continually need to re-buy tickets with Air Canada and other airlines after cancellation because they rebook me on insanely bad flights 24 hours later after minor weather delays.

Air Canada tickets feel worthless.

Air Canada is objectively one of the worst airlines in North America right now. 30% of flights are delayed, 4.5% are cancelled.

Why do we think this is?

@AirCanada may be one of the worst companies to deal with. Their service model doesn’t allow you actually talk to a real person and instead just send in tickets. We had delays getting us in over 7 hours late. Their response. No disruption…

@AirCanada For a flight I was supposed to be booked in. Then I missed the deadline to pick up car from airport and had to pay for ride shares for hundreds of $ more than the car renting... Not to mention to WC ticket I lost value of... How long will you take to address my claim !
