However, we have been told that it will not be returned - it is too closely associated with the municipality of Nepean, and besides the bell is too old and apparently damaged. We will need to find a new one for the old Nepean Townhall.

@DimitrisSoudas Let’s add that this wonderful portrait was painted by Phil Richards who also did the Queens Diamond Jubilee portrait. PM Harper got one of our best portrait painters! Phil does his research and can work with governments and institutions.

@TheCinesthetic Hmmm. They are background actors not “extras” this was of course expensive because it was done in one take. I can’t see background actors being allowed to be knocked down - usually they would have been stunt peoole and placed ther deliberately. But you you never know!
