i wanted to say this whole framing of "the group over everything" coming from the leader will bite them in the ass one day, but then again they don't have any ambition anyway
So you wanted him to put your biasโ dreams above his own? You wanted him to stay, suppress his personal goals, and give up the future he actually wants just because that setup is more comfortable for you?
The way some of you think is honestly so narrow-minded. You act like pursuing your own dream suddenly makes someone selfish, when in reality, expecting a person to sacrifice their future just to satisfy other peopleโs expectations is far more selfish.
But then again, what else should we expect from people who think individuality and personal ambition are something to be shamed? ๐ฅฑ
the amount of times penis6 stans have celebrated their own favs being shady towards hs (and backtracking when it backfires) while wanting hee to speak up abt the HORRIBLE harassment that is the number 67 just makes me think that hs did the right thing leaving those dozens behind
I admire how Evan maintained his identity after the group. He never tied his worth to others, bravely embraced the offered solo path, and grew. It shows his ultimate courage & confidence in his artistry to command a global stage by himself, and I think thatโs beautiful.
dear, caging yourself inside that box, with no opportunity for growth, is such a limiting mindset. it keeps you comfortable, but comfort isnโt the same as progress. real growth usually starts where certainty ends.. when you allow yourself to question what you think you already know, and step outside the version of yourself youโve outgrown. staying inside that box might feel safe, but it slowly shrinks your perspective until you canโt even see what youโre capable of becoming.
heeseung really is the bigger person here. heโs handled everything with so much maturity, staying focused on his work and never responding to negativity even when he easily could have when his ex fans and ex group members shade him. it really shows the kind of person he is
If you donโt want to step out of your comfort zone, thatโs fine. But donโt crucify people who are willing to explore beyond theirs. If you believe you can grow while staying in your comfort zone, then good for you. But for some people, real growth only happens once they step outside of it.
And if you shame people for making those choices, then youโre also indirectly shaming a huge portion of the population. A lot of people in real life do the exact same thing โ theyโre just not in the spotlight for everyone to judge their decisions ๐คท
