this is honestly frustrating to have to post, but the situation keeps repeating.

on december 1, a client reached out to me regarding a pending refund from you after the task was not completed on the agreed deadline. the client showed proof, explained the situation, and asked for help because they were already being ignored.

i posted to call your attention with the client’s permission. after that, you reached out and promised the client that you would settle the refund, and you asked that the post be taken down. out of good faith, and to give you the benefit of the doubt, i turned down further posting and trusted that you would finally resolve it.

however, after the post was removed, you ghosted the client again.

up until now, the refund has still not been settled fully [ you only refunded ₱250 out of the almost ₱6K payment made ]. what makes this more concerning is that this is not an isolated case as there are multiple clients attempting to get your attention regarding pending tasks and refunds, yet you continue to reply to tweets looking for c0mmers and interact with prospective clients as if nothing is wrong.

it’s hard to understand what kind of audacity it takes to keep accepting or entertaining new work when there are unresolved obligations behind you. clients trusted you with their money and timelines, the bare minimum is proper communication and accountability. needless to say, this is not just unprofessional but also unfair to the clients you leave hanging and to the community as a whole.

this post is not made lightly. it is made because multiple attempts to settle this privately have failed, and because clients deserve accountability after giving their hard-earned money and trust.

please address your pending commitments and communicate with your clients properly.

this will be deleted once the matter is fully and genuinely settled.
