Expanding protections for pro se litigants is a great start. The real problem is the financial damage the process causes litigants. The process favors the party with greater resources.
Law-fare is war by other means and renders the system inadequate for the average Joe, while providing a gauntlet of cover for well placed evil doers.

I agree. It has taken me more that six years to fully realize that all of the so-called problems being exclaimed are just symptoms of a fallen nation state. All of the anger centers around coming to the stunning realization that we lost most of what we are fighting for long ago and are angry that we just didn't see it. There is no civil means to correct this. The castle has fallen and captured by faceless demons in suits, laughing at our feckless attempts to seek remedy from a dead tree.
Our enemy uses this time to pillage the remains.
We must assess the battle space for what it is if we are to confront our captors effectively.

The next phase is not popular but necessary prosecution for treason for their complicity in crimes against humanity.

Uploading a video like this is pretty rare for me. So it should show you the level of urgency I think it deserves.

Iran’s new weapon isn’t a missile. It’s a lie aimed at the morale of American military members and their families, built by mixing real hardship with fabricated deaths, fake mutiny, and propaganda until people stop knowing what to trust.

The warning is simple: if we keep treating information warfare like PR, we will lose battles without the enemy ever having to sink a ship.

While I fundamentally agree with the problems laid out in this video, I disagree in part with Iran being the sole mastermind behind this strategy. I think it's very useful for the adversaries of America to take advantage of.

And I will say emphatically that the media of the United States (whether they are useful idiots or not) are largely to blame for aiding and providing comfort to our enemies. They are directly responsible for supporting the armed enemy combatants of this country.

Whether they mean to or not, it's happening in real time.

Whether you want it to be true or not, X (and media in general) is a primary battlefield of the moment. Not some side show.
