reminder to pay attention and carefully manage your AGENTS.md

your personal/global should represent YOU! how you work, think, code preferences, etc.

the repo's should explain how it's structured, a glossary, and high level guidance that should be followed across the team

both should be hand written, and generally the quality of the repo's agents.md impacts a lot more on a team setting
