@British_Airways my daughter, who is a minor, bought a ticket to Atlanta, Georgia on BA online for 26/12/23, WITHOUT parental permission. Found out after cooling off period, cannot get a refund! Customer service NOT helpful, when I’ve got past the chat bot! This is unacceptable!
