@SanskritStJames @Oxford_Tube service of Oxtube today was disgraceful and made 100 x worse by your driver tonight. I pre-booked tkt & all buses full. Had the get neighbour to come out and drive to train station. Cost me twice as much but the inconvenience was huge and has spoilt my birthday weekend.

I am appalled. In Ldn trying to celebrate my b’day. Young daughter joining 2day & ALL buses at lewknor full. Had pre-paid ticket for ‘ease’. Neighbour had to drive her to get train. Now driver of Oxford tube won’t let her on for return with us. Defies logic & belief
