@OralB this is the second toothbrush that’s doing this. Returned the first and exchanged for another, but this is the same. Hate to think my daughter’s been brushing her teeth with this! Not sure if they will replace/exchange again. Neither mine nor my husband’s does this!

@MicrosoftHelps been sent a one time code to login - I didn’t request it. When I look at my history, it seems that pretty much every hour for who knows how long, attempts to login to my email account are happening from all across the world. Can you help with this at all please?!

@ITVX watching The Masked Singer on catch up, and the adverts are really inappropriate for a family show! Drugs, murders, chippendales etc. The irony of it being sponsored by Butlins “family entertainment” is not lost on us.

@newlook nowhere in store, on my receipt, online or the staff member I asked mentions you cannot exchange on Boxing Day. Really unclear and unhelpful.
