DAY 2: Opening a new regional chapter is where most guilds stall.

At NinjaGameGuild we opened the Philippines chapter and hit 50+ new members in week one.

Here's the first-week checklist, I made

📍Before i announce anything I made this:
□ Local lead identified
□ Channels / roles named for that region
□ First 3 events or game nights planned
□ 2–3 local creators/communities warm

2️⃣ The Week-one content made via the PH creators also mafe the numbers grow.

Daily, we had one update, one invite energy, one reason to show up.

(Cuz Silence in week one = people assume the chapter is dead).

📍Seed with people who already play together.

Don't only chase cold invites. Bring existing friend groups, clan mates, and local gaming chats into the chapter so day one already feels occupied. This was one trick I did when announcing CGG nigerian community.. with the announcement we had over 30 new gamers, immediately I backed it up with a mini tournaments and over 62 new members joined.

📍 Give the local lead ownership.
most people dont do this for some reason.

They need authority to run nights, welcome members, and feedback partners.

Remote HQ that micromanages every reply kills regional speed.
