Christopher Musa, minister of defence, says President Bola Tinubu will soon announce another salary increase for Nigerian soldiers.
The minister spoke at a one-day training and financial empowerment workshop for widows and wives of service personnel held at Lungi Barracks, Abuja.

Therefore I would argue that the average man from Kenya is more fluent in English than the average man from France.
