Albert Einstein, in a private letter to his sister, Maja during 1920s.
"Since the light of publicity has been cast upon me, my life has become a nightmare. Everyone wants to talk to me, to photograph me, to have me speak on things I know nothing about. I feel like an actor who is forced to play a grand, wise old man day in and day out, while the real me is suffocating underneath the costume."

🚨 Casemiro on one of the best goals he scored for Manchester United:
🗣️ Case:
“People will probably expect me to pick one of the spectacular goals, but strangely one that always comes to mind is the header I scored against Bournemouth this season.
From the outside it looks like a simple header. Goal. Move on. But the funny thing is that we spent time studying Petrovic before the game. We knew he was very good at dealing with direct headers, so I told the coaches: ‘Maybe we should stop trying to beat him in the air and start trying to beat him on the bounce.’ The idea was simple. Don't head the ball at him. Head it where it becomes awkward for him.
The first chance came from a Bruno cross. Perfect delivery. I headed it exactly how I wanted, down towards the ground so it would bounce before reaching him. I was already preparing my celebration. Then their defender appeared from nowhere and cleared it. I looked at Bruno and said: ‘No problem, we'll try again.’ (laughs)
A few minutes later Bruno walks over for a corner. The ball comes in. Same idea. Head it down. Make it bounce. This time Petrovic couldn't deal with it and the ball ended up in the net. The funny thing is that after I scored, I pointed at the bench because they knew exactly what we had worked on. That's what I love about this manager and the staff. Every game there is a plan. Sometimes the fans see a goal. We see a week's worth of preparation finally paying off.”
Atoms are so small that around a million of them could fit across the width of a single human hair. A typical atom measures only about 0.1 nanometers across, making it one of the smallest building blocks of matter.
What makes atoms even more fascinating is that they are mostly empty space. At the center lies a tiny, dense nucleus, while electrons move around it. Despite their microscopic size, every star, planet, living thing, and object around us is made of atoms.

I wish I could show vozinha to all kids who take their life after one failed exam he literally picked Garbage at 25 then started playing in his late 20s and now at 40 he's delivered his best game at fifa world cup event against one of the most domiant teams.
People would have you believe that your life is over if you don't XYZ thing by a certain age but the truth is that It just takes just one BIG WIN to cancel out all the loses of life but you have to believe, work and live for that WIN.
When Marcelo Bielsa became Leeds United manager in 2018, he asked a simple question: how long does the average supporter have to work to afford a match ticket?
After learning the answer was around three hours, Bielsa gathered his players and assigned them an unusual task.
Instead of training, they spent the next three hours picking up litter around the club’s training ground.
The exercise wasn’t meant as punishment. Bielsa wanted his squad to understand the effort, sacrifice, and hard work that ordinary fans put in to support their team.
By spending the same amount of time doing manual work, the players were reminded that every ticket purchased represents hours of labor by loyal supporters.
The story became one of the most famous examples of Bielsa’s unique leadership style and his deep respect for football fans.
🚨 Patrice Evra on why Pep Guardiola's silence on Michael Carrick says everything:
“I never really saw Pep publicly praise Carrick, and I think there's a reason for that. I can remember when Amorim arrived at United and Pep said something along the lines of: 'Finally United have a manager with a style of play.' A lot of people took that as a compliment.
Me and a few of my guys looked at each other and said: 'He means a style he can read.' (laughs) And what happened? City beat Amorim's United 3-0. Pep understood what he was looking at. That's the thing with football. People are comfortable with what they understand.
Since Carrick arrived, Pep has barely said a word. Why? Because I don't think he enjoys trying to solve puzzles he can't read. Look at the 2-0 derby. Carrick completely outplayed him. City looked confused. They didn't know when United would press, sit off, speed the game up or slow it down.
And when Pep can't predict what's coming, that's when you know there's a problem. Maybe I'm wrong. But if that derby gets replayed ten times, I'm backing Carrick's United to win more of them than Pep's City. And I think Pep knows that too.”
