@GrassfedChickem I think this is a stretch. I can see the monk characteristics: kind of serious, lots of dexterity. Plus I think all cultures have monks? Monasteries were a huge thing across Europe and are essentially the only reason we have written records Europe before printing was invented

Clarence Thomas argued the 14th Amendment was written narrowly for former enslaved people and doesn't apply broadly today. Using that same logic, the 2nd Amendment was written for muskets and doesn't apply to AR-15's, but somehow, he's never made that argument.
