Afternoon
I am writing to give you written confirmation of an uplift number I have been given by hotpoint for my dishwasher today.

We have experienced shocking customer service from yourselves until today.

But frankly, the reason it has taken so long to sort is pretty much down to you.
Hoping she calls me next week and sorts it all out. Maybe a response from someone here would be nice.

Helen, disgruntled from Leeds
Amahle has promised she will call on Monday or Tuesday of next week to facilitate this transaction. I am hoping this will be the case.
I am writing to give you the uplift number as I do not want there to be any discrepancy when exchanging.
Today, after hotpoint have come out, they have given us as uplift number. I have spoken to a really nice lady called Amahle who is going to organise the removal of the faulty product and the ordering and installation of a new one but again infuriatingly when it comes back in
However, we were told to reject the item. There was no guidance on your website or phone system for this. My husband tried to go in store to speak to someone and we received no help.
The chatbot system was not helpful. All we wanted to do was to exchange our item.
All fine so far. They then advised us to reject the product. Now it gets spicy and it really doesn’t show your company in a good light.
We were directed to hotpoint through your frankly infuriating telephone customer service helpline. They organised to send an engineer.
We bought a dishwasher at the end of January. It was delivered and installed with no problem. After a couple of uses it would not switch off or be reprogrammed and would continue to drain. My husband, who purchased the product requested engineers to come and have a look
In case you are confused:
NOT far right:
📣worried about immigration
📣pro-Brexit
📣angry about awful murders
DEFINITELY far right:
💥Hate people on the basis of their race/identity
💥Use the murder of kids to attack Muslims& immigrants
💥Justify thugs attacking police
