@GWRHelp I can't book train tickets online via your website. I tried first thing this morning and again this evening and still not working. The pink/red 'submit' or confirm button doesn't do anything/isn't clickable. Tried using chrome and safari and different payment cards.
@giffgaff Is there anyway to get help without logging into my account? I can't log in, the verification code isn't being sent and I need help. Every time I contact an agent it goes to my 'messages' on my account ... but I can't log in. Super unimpressed by how ridiculous this is
