@IPilipchuk87005 Yeah momentum is really important in any competition. Also odds might be inflated as they obviously look more like winner candidates in the early stages due to their NFs professional stagings, compared to countries with less professional NF's.
@XoxoTobias@CalmAfterTheTim Juries might be more sympathetic towards Israel than the previous years, as their staunchest opponents might have declined being a jury, resulting in a more pro-Israel jury. Finland gives me BBB vibes (popular in the ESC fandom but don't see the public vote en masse).
@EurovisionTom Also funny: 2017 was the last time the winner won both jury and tele. Which made Bulgaria not win that year, despite one of the highest scores recorded in the contest.
Don't think it was intentional, but the winner's compilation they showed 2008 ('Believe') exactly on the moment where Conchita sings the word 'believe' in the song - really cool. #eurovision#esc26
This playback the whole show is annoying the hell out of me. Playbacking hosts I can excuse, as it's not their main profession. But these people (and JJ) are professional singers. Come on. #eurovision#esc26
