@bt_uk Several times during the week, lost track of details. They have rung us back on a mobile and it's only rung once, if we missed it, we can't ring them back (to 0800 0798102) so we are back where we started, waiting in the queue. Expecting a call today...

.@Cumbriapolice say there were "significant problems" with Lake District parking this weekend. Litter was also an issue, with 130 bags of rubbish collected. Visitors have been reminded to respect communities and the environment. Officers also say camping is still prohibited.
