Alzheimer's research: Mouse data combining old drugs gemfibrozil & retinoic acid--Clears amyloid.
Amyloid isn't the whole story in Alzheimer's, but this is a big find considering they've just been sitting on pharmacy shelves for decades, & they're cheap.

Possible genotoxic risks of molnupiravir's initial metabolite--NHC.
"...considered developing NHC as a treatment for hepatitis C in 2003, but chose not to because of the risk that it could cause mutations..."

From 6 months ago, still relevant:
From the amazing @drbeen_medical. Overview of the many chronic infections causing chronic illness.
May the chronic illness community be empowered & benefit from the lessons I learned in the very hardest of ways.

IVM case report.
Family member who was on IVM prophylaxis developed mild COVID. She is diabetic and in advancer age. Loss of smell, fever, cough, etc.
Moved her to IVM daily. Next day she said cough is gone. Loss of smell persisted. Asked her to increase the dose.
I am absolutely stunned at how much @verycosmic gets right in her article. WOW. Nuts. Only difference is on how and where masks are critical, which is, as she points out,far less than is recommended, read her article and mine on masks to be fully informed https://t.co/DHShrdlCuV
Gave a lecture last night.. to end all lectures. I put it all out there identifying the forces actively working against ivermectin.. and their unsubtle tactics and incentives. Check it out: https://t.co/q0SrKmgJgD
@drbeen_medical so true story. I was at a meeting with several members of the health department and local medical community all updating us on facts about Covid that Dr Been had talked about roughly 12 months ago, namely Memory T Cells and B Cells.
@drbeen_medical First reported in Maharashtra where B.1.1617 lineage is predominant, and could be contributing to the case rise. This lineage is defined by 15 mutations including six in the spike where E484Q and L452R are involved in immune escape & increased infectivity.
@harley_carter1 @Nicodem67476793 @drbeen_medical V interesting. Do you know if anyone has researched the rates of cancers in areas that routinely use IVM prophylactically to prevent River Blindness? Could be v interesting - just hope “Big Pharma” won’t get wind and block it if it works well.
@drbeen_medical - This just came through and is really interesting for future vaccines and treatments. Thought you may be interested - in case you haven’t seen it. #LondonBeen https://t.co/BLCEm0mZni
@drbeen_medical What have Matt Hancock, Jonathan Van Tam, Whitty and the rest of our supposed experts said about it and are they prepared to cut the MHRA out of the equation so we can get hold of it. And, why aren’t GPs offering it on prophylactically and on diagnosis. Thanks SO much for pushing
Acute COVID involves the innate i@mine system because our bodies have never “seen” the virus before. Continuous exposure allows the adaptive immune system to then emerge and take over in simple terms
