@parcelforce What a joke! Been promised delivery for 7 days Was even phoned by a manager yesterday saying delivery would be between 3&4pm but tracking app showed van never left depot This is after waiting in for over a week for items posted Special delivery 24 hrs.

@parcelforce Still waiting for a parcel posted express 24 hours that was due over a week ago. Keep getting fobbed off by your team and promised delivery yesterday…..still no parcels…still no update on your tracking app. Absolutely appalling #CustomerService

@parcelforce Thanks for the text notifying me of the time of my delivery However you were about 6hours early So I missed you I’ve tried to track parcel and it tells me to refer to the card in the door which the driver didn’t leave #wheresmyparcel

Left my card accidentally in @Barclays local branch which is a fair distance from my house. Asked the helpline if they could give them a quick ring for me and apparently there’s no phone there! #helplineinhelpful Tamping! @barclaysbank14 @Barclays Not helpful
