@nee_massey Rest and heal well and I'll see you guys play in Southampton whenever you get here ๐
(If it's even the slightest consolation, I was quite glad for the postponement (though sad for B&S) as long COVID sucks and I didn't want to miss yet another event this year)
@Leonore2357 I'm wondering if it's just busy and can't cope with the influx of new people, https://t.co/SxKyisXwzo was the same last weekend when I signed up!
@god_finance I like this guide https://t.co/uGkaWrgtEB
There's https://t.co/QBENlYYJVe as well but I need the more in-depth guide before the beginners' tips made sense

@BirgitteUna It's his comments about lace! ๐ฒ๐ I'm really hoping that he's on about cheap looking machine-made lace rather than handmade bobbin lace that's been lovingly and painstakingly made by a parishioner
@adhdmarie (and anyone else ADHD/Long COVID), does my maths work here?
ADHD + PMS + Migraine recovery + not actually 100% recovered from Long COVID = recurrence of brain fog in a way that was worrying me
It fits the observed data I've got at the moment๐
@adhdmarie ๐ค Today, my concentration's fucked, my ability to follow & understand new processes is a shadow of it's former self and I've got 5 clients to ring (not my favourite on a normal day) and go through said new process with them <sigh, dragon-style "Graaahh", deep breath>
I can read as well and as much as ever but when it comes to writing things down (or even typing!) I add or forget letters and loops all the flipping time. I know handwriting is really complex in terms of brain, fine motor control etc, but I used to like my handwriting!
A question for the #LongCOVID community...if you're "better now", what's your memory like to write, say, a weekly report and what's your handwriting like now for making notes compared to before?
@HoustonMargaret chocolate, toasted marshmallows and Graham crackers, right? (I normally use digestive or rich tea biscuits though because that's all I know)
