@LNER That’s all well and good but how do you suggest I access toilet facilities and it’s worth noting all of your emergency exits are blocked - several breaches in regulations here.. more passengers are due to get on the train

@LNER No I haven’t got seated Molly, you also can’t ordered from your seat/area your placed as they’re not taking orders but you can’t even walk down the isle because it’s blocked by people. So are you always just going to overfill your trains until there’s an accident?

@LNER 11:18 Peterborough to Edinburgh.. people paying hundreds of pounds for a ticket and having to stand in the isles like cattle for 4 hours. This isn’t legal nor is it ethical.

@LNER why are you overselling tickets when you have no seats to accommodate people, there are people who cannot stand any longer but still have 3 hours to go.

@greateranglia Thank you they have settled down now because some male passengers on the bus have spoke with them. Please consider another member of staff on rail replacements in the future.

@greateranglia I know that it’s the set of buses that left from Mark Tey at 11:08 today. Possibly Galleon Travel bus that’s all I can see as an indication inside the bus.

@greateranglia I’m currently sat on your bus replacement en route to Billericay with a group of males sat doing drugs in front of children on your rail replacement. One driver on his own cannot enforce any disciplinary action and children are onboard.
