@SthStaffsWater @Dawn4GBYT My bank say this is not good enough and every customer needs to make a formal complaint against you - the bank say you were legally obligated to let customers know as soon as you were aware of the hacking to allow them time to protect their accounts then - not months later!

@Helen1625 Yes hundreds in our area it is a disgrace that they let this happen then hid it since August!.. My bank have said everyone must make a formal complaint to them as they are legally obligated to have told us when it happened not months later!
