Remember this registry has never been audited since we started registration of voters by the IEBC. So it still contains details of those that have passed on, foreigners wenye Duale keep saying they will bring to Kenya and register them, Ugandans that the same govt have sneaked in through our boarders, and even under aged children in certain regions who we know have been receiving IDs and voter cards juu Kasongo anajua anaenda home!
