@scottiebateman This is sad to hear. They came over Sussex heading south from Mildenhall during the build up and returned hours later. The new ones were built in 1963.

@scottiebateman Don’t forget the two hotels built at Palma PMI that were demolished because they were too tall. At Gatwick we found we couldn’t legally park 737s on the old south pier because the fin height was too tall for the sideslope on 26L.
