Earlier I thought I needed to add a simple new mechanic to the game - so I chose double jump. I love the current gameplay too, but I want more variety.

Failure shouldn’t feel punishing — that’s how you lose D1.
I rebuilt the fail screen:
• no red “LOSE”
• no crying fox
• softer messages per death type
• ads trigger on respawn, not on death
Small UX fixes → happier players → better D1.

@AndgoGames I updated Unity to version 6000.3.6f1, and these problems were resolved😮💨 Unity also mentioned this bug in the release notes for the previous engine version
I added textures to the ground because it’s the most visible element in the game.
Now it looks like a finished block vs a prototype block imho.
