So the saving grace you think was 10 inches of frame? Because thats literally the difference in hoods. Same fiberglass and engine components under it. Once we get to the firewall the cab difference is noticeable. All aluminum competitors vs a steel cab with A and B pillars designed for impacts and rollovers. Not trying to be right or wrong just feel people's feelings cloud reality is all. I'm only speaking upon the modern volvo group cab. Keep in mind paccar uses a common cab on all their platforms so whether the hood is long or short, its same lightweight design. I'm glad you're ok after your accident too. The good lord blesses. ๐
@KdubW9L@TrickyMickMinin That pop can aluminum cab paccar ain't stopping ๐ฉ. The mack pioneer has more structural steel and crash rated. Facts over feelings.
@GuidoMotorz Thats the wrong time to be sleeping my friend. I'm sorry to hear about the injuries but on the bright you're better looking now. Glad you're still here to tell the tale.
To welcome me to the new Mack Customer Council they sent me some glasses and coasters to drink my bourbon.
I have to admit being invited to speak on behave of small fleets in this council is slightly intimidating and nerve-wracking. And at some point they're going to realize I'm just a driver ๐คซ
