@m_s_karthik Oh. It does sound perfect. WFH and go to office only for absolutely necessary in-person meet. I think if 90% of the IT companies followed this, we would see a dramatic turn for good in the areas of quality of life. Work-life balance and on-road traffic among other benefits.
