@JioCare 8 days since I raised the complaint and still no resolution.
U can’t even arrange a technician visit in an entire week. Every time it’s just rescheduled with no action. Truly one of the most pathetic and disgusting customer service experiences.

Service no SR000035V583 closed without resolution. Been 5 days Technician visits keep getting rescheduled like a joke — no visit, no call, no fix, no feedback taken. This isn’t service, it’s pure negligence and harassment of customers. Absolutely shameful. @JioCare @reliancejio

📍Damras district -jalaun up (285130) the tower is just 800m away, yet AirFiber/5G is down 7–8 days every month.

Jio service is pathetic. 5G available but keeps disappearing and drops to useless 4G that works as 2G Even worse—whenever electricity goes off, Jio 5G also stops. No backup, no reliability.

@IndiaPostOffice After multiple follow-ups, my article was delivered today on 6th nov 2025 at 4:45 PM. Madaripur Post Office (285130) wrongly marked it as Delivered before actual delivery. Such practices are unacceptable and must be addressed. @IndiaPostOffice @JM_Scindia @cpmgup @UPGovt
