@RowdenJonathan @vueling Mate there's more chance of the Queen opening the next Parliament than there is of a refund, I was told the same and for over a month I haven't got a single reply from @vueling. They'll tell you what you want to hear while you're at the airport then you're on your own.

@CAH2811 @vueling You don't, they won't answer the phone or provide an email address. The phone number provided leads to an answerphone that will tell you to go online then hang up automatically. Online, a chatbot will take your information and never reply to you. They're a band of thieves.
