@vueling customer service is beyond shambolic. Looking to get a refund and compensation on a flight that was cancelled at the gate. They “tried” to send me emails to 3 different addresses which ALL failed. How can you be so bad #refund @Flight_Refunds

@vueling I AM asking to “speak to an agent” when prompted, but then there is no option/button to press that gives the option. The only viable one is for refunds!

@vueling cancelled flight LGW-BIO (28/07/22) at the gate! €250 comp (not received although applied for) but we had to make our own way to Bilbao. £430 flight to Bordeaux and €650 cab later we arrived. @vueling @British_Airways offer nothing. Customer service r Shambles! #Travel
