@AmericanAir wtf is going on with flight 2443 to PHL. Boarded almost 90 minutes ago, then stopped after abt 20 ppl. App says 8pm dep now, but I don’t see how they get the remaining 140+ people on in 3 mins. No updates. No water offered. Nada. Just sitting on a silent, warm plane.

@AmericanAir Some updates would’ve been nice so that I could make alternate travel arrangements. maybe an offer of some water wouldn’t be too much to ask for those stuck in board. Just another reason why I’ll be switching my loyalty this year. Delays happen but customer service is a choice.

@ALionEye They had it on during pregame warmups and then during one of the biggest plays of the game (Rutgers converting on fourth and long) they decided to switch to the milk chug challenge on the court.

@AmericanAir But the seat was empty, and the aircraft was the same (a320). So what I don’t understand is why I was moved out of my selected and reserved seat, and then had to watch it go empty during boarding.

@wischlist Chicago. For me, mich & Miznoz are always kind of up and down, but indiana and iowa always best to beat. Probably stems from the Deon Thomas stuff at Iowa and the Eric Gordon drama from IU
