Hey @Verizon can you teach your reps to not reboot someone’s ONT when they’re calling to upgrade a router and then endlessly call me over and over until I click a link to close a ticket? That just happened to me. Had the whole house lose WiFi when all I wanted was a new extender.

@Verizon The dude just kept telling me to hit complete on the ticket. He wouldn't even help me. Just kept telling me my current extender isn't compatible and then blew my phone up. Teach your reps better and hire more people in the country your services are in vs outsourcing it. @Verizon
