The winning formula: balance. Or better yet, surround yourself with people who balance you out.

I thought being crazy was enough — chasing every new idea, pivoting fast, moving without limits. But that just left me running in circles.

Then I tried the other extreme: being ultra-intelligent. Planning everything, analyzing risks, waiting for the “perfect” moment. But that just made me miss opportunities.
