It is policy here at the Centre for Empathic Reparations to make what practical gestures of solidarity we can and so anytime we see this book knocking about second hand we buy it and dispose of it, thereby breaking at least one small link in the chain. Bodies are not apologies.
@Ev3MC @MarianKeyes My first therapist said to me “there are no jazz hands” meaning no point where everything is “done”. I couldn’t believe it at the time but I get it now - a gradual acceptance of what was, compassion for self struggling with painful experiences, progress not perfection 💛
Good Morning to employers who understand that making it possible for their employees to go to therapy creates a successful, engaged, motivated, and productive workforce.
Happy people = successful business 🤩🌟

@ElevateTherapy_ @alimo0re @WriteUpp I also use WriteUpp and really like it - it’s saved me lots of admin time. I also use their online booking add-on. It’s really simple for clients to use.

@GayleHammill26@Therapists_C I prefer not to travel. I miss f2f but my life is busy so online therapy saves me an hour and the necessary childcare juggling.
