@BHolmDev That’s what I want! And for the next level up, we do have two tracks — individual contributor and manager. I’m already doing all the “glue work” so I want to level up but stay IC. But my boss just keeps strongly hinting I should manage 😒 So fingers crossed I get what I want 🤞🏻
