@virginmedia the broadband network on Herons Reach Blackpool has not been built correctly. Several properties incorrect id’s, waited weeks now. I have cancelled. Thanks for nothing.

@virginmedia It is not a new estate. Existing ducting has been used to pull in fibre optic cables to a single cabinet at the end of the road. VM engineer told me this morning the network has crossed ids. It’s a mess.
