@AmazonHelp the issue is 4 failed pick up attempts where never attempted . How can I responsible for that. It’s fault of Delhivery team @help_delhivery team . They never made a single attempt. In my return period lapsed and now Amazon is refusing to help. What is this ?
@AmazonHelp You are not able to understand the concern. Here 4 pick up attempts which they mention where only made on paper. No one actually tried picking up my order. Same answer I am getting . Even I contacted Amazon Regularly for failed pickup still they closed my query .

I am writing to formally escalate an unresolved issue related to my recent order of a Godrej wardrobe, which was delivered in damaged condition.
I placed a return request on the very first day of delivery, however, since then I have faced repeated service failures
from the pickup team.
Despite multiple scheduled pickup dates:
The delivery team has falsely marked “customer not reachable / unavailable” every day
