@BillyMooreWHU My take is he had a deal with Gold family. But pre-emptive rights meant a 60 day period til about now. Everyone assumed anyone that could disrupt would be Sullivan but it wasn’t - a third party AS stepped in. Not just trumped valuation but willing to take full 25% stake.

Having both stated they don’t see meaningful contact and therefore no clear and obvious error, they conclude let’s send the ref to the screen, mention a potential foul on the keeper, and make him overrule the decision thinking they have identified a clear and obvious error

@HammersUnited2 Assuming they will not do so until potentially 25th May and after the last game, will/can the Club's fiscal year end be extended from May to June. Have to assume a strong possibility of FFP breach if they cannot account for season ticket income this year?

@WHUFC_HUB @westhamfootball Remember also that these "numbers" are for the period to 31 May 25. We are 9 months forward now so likely in a worse position. The Club has no cash and these accounts show income cannot pay the bills - and that is before any player trading. Sell to survive?

@KieranMaguire how many other PL clubs are reporting losses at an EBITDA level and before player trading? These accounts are 9 months out of date and can only assume things have deteriorated since and no suggestion the owners are willing to recapitalise.

@WHUFC_HUB @westhamfootball all money owed has been discounted i.e. we have received the proceeds by paying banks/finance companies (and received net proceeds after paying them fees and interest for transferring the liability to them). So in summary zero owed to WHU.
