Many of you may not know that Deepseek has its own chatgpt-like feature where you can use R1 models directly on it, it also supports search features that o1 doesn't. What's more, it's freeeeeee.
I'm already thinking about canceling my ChatGPT subscription.
Of course in addition to using it in e-commerce scenarios, there are some interesting things you can do with it. For example, a cat in a leather jacket walking the catwalk? #KlingAI#Elements#AI#aivideo#Cat
You can use a character and product reference image when using the KlingAI. #KlingAI#AIart#aivideo#ecommerce Dang it's sooooooo good.
Here are some of my test results:

Good morning friends ☕
I recently wanted to share some of the work I've created using AI. Day 1: Using AI to generate an image with quote. I really like this quote because nothing incentivizes like worry, so we should never want a world where people see everything as perfect.
In addition, you can also rely on the workflow to connect various closed source models, such as using Flux to generate diagrams, conch text to generate video, 11Lab to generate speech.
You can now use Flux Pro and Ideogram models on Comflowy, and we'll be supporting video models such as Hailou AI, Kling, etc. in the future. This way you only need to subscribe to one product to use a variety of closed source models, will save a lot of money. #buildinginpublic

The recent iPad update might have gone like this. The marketing team asked consumers what they were unhappy with about the iPad. The complaint they heard was, "The iPad with the keyboard is heavier than a MacBook. Why wouldn't I just use a MacBook?" So, Apple produced a device that's lighter and thinner. But perhaps what consumers really want is an iPad that can run Mac software—even if it's a bit heavier.
In my view, the recent heated debate over open source versus closed source isn't really about the models themselves, but rather about the business models.
Right now, the leading open source models are released by companies with massive revenue or investments, but have they managed to run a sustainable business model with these?
Not quite. So can they continue to offer open source models? That's uncertain. I believe this is why OpenAI has chosen not to go open source. If stability AI chose to keep their models closed, I doubt they would have come this far—at least they might be financially healthier, like MJ.
Who's stronger, open or closed source, presupposes that they continue to play at the same table. If Stability AI folds, there's no point in asking who's stronger, SD or MJ.
For startups with open source models, without a mature product to collect data continuously, and no revenue to support the GPU costs for training, it's really hard to keep going.
Big enterprises face these problems too, as they need to answer to shareholders, just like Meta did with its metaverse initiative. Once the hype dies down and that business remains just a cost center, will the giants still be as generous with their open sourcing?
Also, many people don't fully understand open source. Essentially, open source software can compete with closed source because it may have certain cost advantages.
However, I haven't seen any clear cost advantage to open source models yet. Frankly, I'm somewhat skeptical about the sustainability of open source models right now (not about their capabilities, but their sustainability).
I think the only way for Stability Company to overcome its difficulties is to merge with Civitai (or maybe even acquire it?), as this would benefit the entire ecosystem. @EMostaque
