Can someone check me on this. I think we're having the wrong conversation about the Casino. From what I've seen, a casino is getting built in Greater Richmond. We're just voting on whether it will be in Richmond City. In 2020, The General Assembly approved 5 casinos.

Let's say the radius of harm for a casino is a 20-30 minute drive around the site. Then, let's assume Richmond votes No. They're gonna put that thing up in East Henrico, all the same harm will be done to Richmonders, and we just won't get any of the tax revenue.
