Maybern have assisted a client securing a certificate of lawfulness for a ancillary building, to accommodate a swimming pool. Following refusal and a further refusal of re-submission, we lodged an appeal which was allowed earlier this week!

Great to have an update from our client this week about their development at Avondale Drive in Leyland, where final handovers have taken place. Westchurch Homes have now delivered 50 affordable homes in line with the consent granted 1st March 2023.

Hyndburn Council has granted full planning permission for the partial demolition of a former abattoir building in Great Harwood. Our client can now proceed with the change to a storage use, reinstating active usage.
