After facing the year from hell Iv finally been given the all clear to return to work doing what I love to do. This has been the hardest battle of my life. To anyone that suffers with mental health don’t give up. I haven’t and I’m back stronger than ever

I have a great job, I am educated but currently in the middle of a breakdown. I’m lucky to have a few friends for support alongside the amazing access and crisis team. Life is not easy and I’m not ashamed to admit I’m struggling right now. Be aware of mental health. It matters
