[Emily May @hellophillips]

@FirstEssex yes i do. dm would be great. thanks.

[Emily May @hellophillips]

@FirstEssex what are you going to do about it? an apology isn't worth much...you keep doing it. i'm now out £23 thanks to bad bus service. compensation?

[Emily May @hellophillips]

@FirstEssex what are you going to do about this please?

[Emily May @hellophillips]

@FirstEssex You got back to me but you've offered no compensation. Thanks to your shoddy bus service I keep having to get taxis. I'm a student, no £££

[Emily May @hellophillips]

@FirstEssex I don't know, you just wrote a generic letter. I'm still out of pocket. It's not the first time this has happened either.

[Emily May @hellophillips]

@FirstEssex 10 days ago. Your handling off it has been shoddy tbh.

[Emily May @hellophillips]

@FirstEssex your bus drivers are rude, your buses always late and your company one of the worst I've had to put up with. SORT IT OUT.

[Emily May @hellophillips]

@FirstEssex all you've done is write me a bad letter that barely even apologises. i would like reimbursement for the taxi

[Emily May @hellophillips]

Hi @FirstEssex I made a complaint about a bus driver who left me stranded. Ended up having to pay for a taxi on top of bus fare...
