@mohakmangal और @paurushsh ने अपने वीडियो में जो कहा है, वो सबके लिए गंभीर चेतावनी है।साहसिक काम है। पहले ही चैनलों को नोटिस भेज कर बंद करवाया जा रहा था लेकिन 4PM के मामले में सरकार कोर्ट में बचाव तक नहीं कर पाई। कोर्ट के कहने से पहले ही बंदी का आदेश वापस ले लिया। @YouTube @YouTubeIndia को तुरंत कुछ करना होगा। मुद्दे को समझने के लिए @reporters_co के इस थ्रेड को पढ़िए । समझिए कि क्या खेल चल रहा है। किसी को ज़रूरत होगी तो वह ख़ुद से ANI से सब्सक्रिप्शन लेगा लेकिन स्टाइक के बदले सब्सक्रिप्शन YT के ज़रिए पनप रही स्वतंत्र पत्रकारिता को बिज़नेस की कथित नैतिकता के नाम पर ख़त्म करने की कोशिश की जा रही है। मुझे लगता है कि YT को भी मुश्किल से ‘बिज़नेस niche’ का शब्द मिला होगा। YT का इसे niche’कहना ही इशारा कर रहा है कि उन्हें भी समझ आ गया है कि स्ट्राइक के बदले क्या हो रहा है। अलग अलग चैनल से अलग अलग रेट और प्लस GST! गब्बर सिंह टैक्स इधर भी !
ये ‘niche’ नहीं ब्लैकमेलिंग है।

स्ट्राइक बुलडोज़र क्राइम का दूसरा नाम है। अतिक्रमण हटाने के कथित वैध तरीके का सहारा लेकर लोगों के घर उजाड़ने के खेल को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बंद कर दिया। इसलिए स्ट्राइक सिस्टम में बदलाव होना चाहिए । अव्वल तो होना नहीं चाहिए। वीडियो हटाने का विकल्प अनिवार्य किया जा सकता है। हटाने की चेतावनी सिस्टम बेहतर और सख्त की जा सकती है। कोर्ट जाने और फैसला आने से पहले कैसे कोई चैनल हटाया जा सकता है। क्या दुनिया के हर देश में तीन स्ट्राइक पर चैनल डिलिट करने का सिस्टम है? @thenewsminute की यह रिपोर्ट देखी जानी चाहिए।https://t.co/KjdPicH3Wc। इस मामले में @Digipub मदद कर सकता है। यू ट्यूब को तुरंत एक्शन लेना चाहिए। फेयर यूज़ को लेकर भी सरकार को साफ करना चाहिए। फेयर यूज़ औऱ कापीराइट का अंतर स्पष्ट हो और स्ट्राइक सिस्टम को विदा किया जाए ताकि कोई दूसरा niche न बन जाए।
