He lied about supporting Donald Trump. His lawyers literally argued in court that no reasonable person would take his words as more than hyperbole.

@edgiesversion @AdamKinzinger Putin doesn't respect any US administration. He was annexing parts of Ukraine in 2014 and steadily escalated towards the invasion in 2022, so that's him flipping off the Obama, Trump, and Biden administrations.

tl;dr nobody's giving Ukraine 'all of our money'.
