Every time I feel the urge to readjust my feelings because I am afraid I will get hurt, every time I feel it’s okay to just be honest about it - whatever the result.
You can love someone deeply and still be afraid. Afraid they’ll leave, afraid you’ll get hurt, afraid to trust again. Healing is learning that fear doesn’t have to be in the Drivers seat. Love deserves a chance to breathe.❤️
Morning truth, Stop chasing people who don’t show up.
Stop explaining yourself to people who don’t care.
Stop hoping someone will suddenly match your energy.
Love isn’t work if it’s real.
If you’re doing all the giving, you’re the teacher in a class no one signed up for.
Check yourself: -Are you building a partnership or babysitting an ego?
Respect yourself enough to walk away. The rest will follow.

It’s hormones, sleep deprivation, and pure physical recovery all colliding at once.
Give her space and support.
Until then, let’s focus on ourselves. Hit those goals. And let ourselves tune in so deeply that we recognize, with certainty, THAT someone is truly someone God has sent.
Girls in their 30s be like, “OMG I’m so behind,” but meanwhile they’ve healed their inner child, stopped people pleasing, left that toxic job, started therapy, learned to enjoy their own company, travel when they want, and actually like themselves now. Like sis. You’re not behind at all. You’re evolving.
And also, I learned the hard way that staying grounded starts with managing my own emotions. Especially as a woman, feelings can take over fast.
But pausing, checking in, and choosing my response — not reacting — makes everything clearer.
And sometimes, that realization is what finally teaches you that loving someone doesn’t always mean staying — it means understanding when to return that love back to yourself.
Yesterday, I learned that no matter how fully you love someone, there is always a choice on the other side — to receive it, or not. People receive the love they think they deserve.
I’ve learned life is not about big achievements. It’s the small things — choosing peace, showing up for myself, taking care of mind, body.
Some days won’t feel “full,” and that’s okay. Living fully just means doing what feels right for the version of me today.
