@MWEBTweets The internet has been down since April 30th and no one is willing to assist. Everyone refers me to the chat that has no on online, you're signing customers up, then ghosting them when they notice they have no internet

@MWEBTweets Hi. Finally got through to an agent named Zahrah Almas on call who said I can only cancel via using the app which no one responds to. You have thus made it impossible to cancel.

@ExtrMasterNinja @MWEBTweets They're not going to let you cancel. They don't respond to the chat. I'm in the process of reporting them right now, if you don't have better luck you might have to do the same.
